William Fowler increased his knowledge and gained an understanding on how to advocate on behalf of Americans with disabilities. He currently serves as a Public Relations Aide on the New York City Campaign Finance Board.

Charles V. DeLeo graduated from Marshall University with a Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Languages and Literature. He is fluent in Japanese and Spanish.
Jenn Cookson worked on fundraising, research and strategic communication. She now works as a Presidential Management Fellow Acquisition Specialist for the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA).
Omar Chung is hard of hearing, fluent in English and American Sign Language, and is the first of his family to graduate from high school and college. He subsequently worked for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
Jennifer Bohlman was responsible for updating the website and managing RespectAbility’s Twitter account. She is currently a Professional Development Program Participant for Northrop Grumman.
Margaret Breihan graduated from American University with a Bachelor of Arts in Literature and a Minor in Communications. She is currently a Communications Associate for the National Disability Institute.
Deepna Anand worked on strategic communications, served as program support and played a vital role in organizing successful fundraisers. She graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore County with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology.
