Nicole Go is a DEIA Content and Production Program Manager for Amazon Studios. In her role, Nicole consults on Amazon’s film and TV productions from development through launch to ensure that the content is authentic and inclusive of people from historically excluded communities across gender, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation and disability status, both in front of and behind the camera. Since originating her role, Nicole has optimized mechanisms to increase accountability against Amazon Studio’s Inclusion Policy and Playbook and worked with external partners such as RespectAbility to promote hiring people with disabilities. She also developed and implemented Amazon Studios’ On Set Wellness Professional Program to increase psychological safety on set.

Prior to joining Amazon Studios, Nicole worked as Director, Business Development, Diversity and Inclusion at Staff Me Up. While there she collaborated with industry leaders to create Coded for Inclusion, an initiative that works to reduce barriers to entry in the entertainment industry for people from historically excluded backgrounds. Previously, she spent 10 years in production management as a Line Producer and Production Manager working in unscripted television on shows such as Surviving R. Kelly and Bill Nye Saves the World.

Nicole grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago watching classic 90’s tv shows such as The Fresh Prince of Bel Air and MTV’s The Real World. After graduating from DePaul University, she moved to LA to pursue a career in entertainment, where she combined her passions for TV and amplifying the voices of creators from all historically excluded communities, not just her own. Outside of work, Nicole is also a certified Life Coach helping people step into their authenticity and power.
