This presentation will be given by David B. Marcu, the CEO of Israel Elwyn, a multi-service support agency providing supports to more than 4,000 children and adults with disabilities throughout Israel. David is a past-president of the International Association of Jewish Vocational Services (currently morphing into the Network of Jewish Human Services Agencies of which David is a member of the Executive Committee). David, originally from the United States, has been living in Israel for 32 years and has been CEO of Israel Elwyn for 24 years.
