Emerson Wheeler

Emerson M. Wheeler is a fourth-year MD and MPH student at the University of Vermont, as well as a photographer, writer, and activist. They serve as Accessibility Coordinator for the Medical Student Pride Alliance, a national LGBTQ medical student organization.

As a passionate public health professional and graduate student advocating for health equity for communities at the intersections of many systems of oppression, Emerson focuses on disability justice and LGBTQ rights. Some of the things Emerson values the most include transparency, open curiosity, intersectionality, interdependence, cultural humility, and authenticity.

Emerson received a B.S. in Kinesiology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they conducted research at local elementary schools on physical activity’s effects on concentration, memory, and academic performance. Emerson’s additional interests include psychiatry, LGBTQ health, narrative medicine, addiction medicine, autism spectrum disorders, and mindfulness.

Our fees begin at $3,000 and go up from there depending on the trainers, format (in-person or virtual) and other considerations. This includes coordination of hiring talent, assistance with accessible event communications and marketing, tech overhead, captioning of recorded event, general operations prior to and day of event.
