Lisa Hammer

Lisa Hammer is a filmmaker from NYC who writes, directs, edits, produces, acts, and composes soundtracks. She worked a lot in the 80s, 90s, and 2000s until being caught in the dust on 9/11 and eventually developing cancer. A film she made in the 90s was recently honored at the Museum of Modern Art in New York City. Her work is also at the Getty Museum. Her work has been featured in a multitude of festivals worldwide, and on streaming platforms like Amazon, Night Flight Plus, Roku, and Netflix.
