Radha Mehta (she/her) is an award-winning Director/Writer/Artist with original works in film, music, and paintings. She earned an MFA in Film (Directing) at American Film Institute; is a RespectAbility Entertainment Fellow; and a voting member of The Recording Academy.

Her works stem from personal experience as a South Asian first-gen mother with the disability of being hard-of-hearing and explores themes of motherhood, women empowerment, and dismantling cultural taboos around mental health and disabilities. Prior to filmmaking, Mehta wrote and performed songs for film and TV and was an elected Governor of The Recording Academy. Mehta also has exhibited paintings in galleries throughout Florida, Michigan, and California. Mehta is a proud mother of two children and wife to a Veteran of War.
