Dr. Victor Santiago Pineda

Dr. Victor Santiago Pineda is a globally recognized human rights expert, published author, scholar, and philanthropist.
He is a two time presidential appointee, serving three US Administrations on issues of accessibility, inclusion and urban transformation.
The Victor Pineda Foundation / World ENABLED works to accelerate inclusive innovation with organizations and communities around the world.
He leads research and training efforts globally with cities around the world and teaches a popular class at UC Berkeley called “Building the Inclusive City”.
With partners like the UN and the World Economic Forum he helped establish and supports the Global Network for Disability Inclusive and Accessible Urban Development, the GAP-PWD Partner Constituent Group, and the Smart Cities for All Global Initiative.

He is a Senior Fellow at the Mohammed Bin Rashid School of Government in Dubai and directs the Inclusive Cities Lab at UC Berkeley. He received degrees in Political Economy and Business Administration, and a Masters in City and Regional Planning from the University of California Berkeley, and a PhD in Urban Planning from the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs.

Our fees begin at $3,000 and go up from there depending on the trainers, format (in-person or virtual) and other considerations. This includes coordination of hiring talent, assistance with accessible event communications and marketing, tech overhead, captioning of recorded event, general operations prior to and day of event.
