Chart depicting Employment Rates for Working-Age Americans with and without Disabilities, by Race in 2018. 38.9 percent of White Working-Age Americans with Disabilities had jobs as did 86 percent of White Working-Age Americans without Disabilities. Only 29.7 percent of Working-Age African-Americans with disabilities had jobs compared to 74.4 percent of Working-Age African-Americans without Disabilities. At the same time, 43.2 percent of Working-Age Asian-Americans with disabilities had jobs as did 74.6 percent of Working-Age Asian-Americans without disabilities.
