RespectAbility offers free resources, training, and works with foundations, nonprofits and others to ensure access and expand opportunities for diverse people with disabilities. Dyslexic herself, Mizrahi is also the co-founder/director of The Mizrahi Family Charitable foundation. Mizrahi has met 1-1 with 46 of America’s governors and worked with presidents and prime ministers around the world. She was interviewed on the PBS Newshour about her co-authored publication, Disability & Criminal Justice Reform, and her work on civic engagement for Americans with disabilities in the presidential campaign. She is the winner of the 2019 Zero Barriers Project Award, which was awarded at the United Nations, for breaking barriers on behalf of people with disabilities. She is active in Hollywood as RespectAbility is currently advising more than 20 film, TV and streaming projects. Read more about Jennifer Laszlo Mizrahi.

He educates leaders at the federal and state level about best practices to expand opportunities for people with disabilities. Kahn-Pauli coordinated the development and distribution of both the Disability Employment First Planning Toolkit and Disability and Criminal Justice Reform: Keys to Success report. He frequently organizes accessible webinars on best practices, which are attended by workforce boards, agencies, VR, disability organizations, public officials, artists and more – reaching a national audience of more than 2,000. Eric Ascher is the Communications Associate for RespectAbility. He is responsible for supporting RespectAbility’s Vice President, Communications in developing and implementing advocacy efforts and communications of various types. Ascher manages RespectAbility’s social media channels, website and emails; organizes and develops webinars; and supervises Communications Fellows.
