Seeking help with aiding my hearing impaired son with accessing Chemical Dependency residential treatment that will also train him with vocational training. Found one but the cost is prohibitive and he does not have employment so does not have insurance to cover. Seeking any resource that might provide scholarships, granting, or assistance.
